Linoze respects the intellectual property of writers, designers, rights holders, and software vendors. This page explains how to request review of material believed to infringe your rights.
Ownership and permitted use
Original text, design, and images on this website may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, logos, screenshots, and excerpts remain subject to their owners’ rights. Ordinary linking and legally permitted uses are not prohibited by this notice.
How to submit a notice
Send a detailed notice to dc.03b5976@gmail.com identifying the copyrighted work, the exact Linoze URL(s), the material at issue, your contact information, a good-faith explanation of the claimed infringement, and a statement that your submission is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the relevant rights holder. Include any legally required statements or signature applicable to your jurisdiction.
Review and response
We may ask for clarification, assess the report, remove or disable access to disputed material where appropriate, and consider any counter-notice or lawful exception. This email is a general contact for copyright issues; it is not a claim that a U.S. Copyright Office DMCA agent has been registered. If statutory safe-harbor procedures apply, the website operator must separately meet their requirements.
Avoid confidential information
Do not send unrelated personal or confidential materials as attachments. Provide only what is reasonably necessary to identify the work and disputed page.
